If you log in via Facebook, Google, or other third-party providers, we receive your email address and public profile information from that provider. We do not receive your provider password.

How to request data deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data:
- Send an email to support@arkinzoom.com from the email address associated with your account
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your account username (login)
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email. Note that, by law, we must retain certain transaction records for AML/KYC compliance for up to 5 years; these will be anonymized rather than physically deleted.
If you logged in via Facebook, you may also revoke our app's access from your Facebook account: facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.
9. Age Restriction
Our service is strictly for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover an underage account, it will be closed and any data deleted.
10. International Transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). If you access the service from outside the EU, your data is transferred to and processed in the EU under GDPR safeguards.
