By accessing or using Arkin Zoom (arkinzoom.com and mirror domains: arkinzoom1-5.com, akinzoom3.com, xme.bet), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use our services.
You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
You confirm that you are the legal owner of any payment methods used.

2. Account

You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the payment processor.
Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.
Bonus or trap balance funds may have wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4. Game Fairness

Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All content on Arkin Zoom — including logos, designs, software, and game assets — is owned by Arkin Zoom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the funds in your account at the time of the incident.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arkin Zoom is licensed to operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
